WOMEN’S TEAM: POSITIVE CASE OF COVID-19, PONTEDERA-SASSUOLO HAS BEEN POSTPONED

U.S. Sassuolo Calcio communicates that the First Team player Martina Tomaselli has tested positive for Covid-19.

The Club has promptly placed the player in quarantine at home, activating all the procedures foreseen by the protocol in force for the Team.

Consequently, the Italian Cup game Pontedera-Sassuolo scheduled for Sunday, November 1^st has been postponed (tbd.) and training has been suspended.

The Club is in constant contact with the regional health authority and with the Women’s Football League.
