U.S. Sassuolo informs that from Tuesday,September 1st 2020 the procedure for the refund of season tickets will be active for the 7 matches played at Mapei Stadium behind closed doors at the end of season 2019/20. Pursuant to Art. 88 of the Leg. Decree 17 March 2020 and subsequent amendments and additions converted into Law no. 27 of 24 April 2020, the refund will be made by issuing a voucher with a value equal to the 7 matches fans couldn’t attend.
Requests for vouchers must be received by the club exclusively through the special platform which will be active within the Personal aerea of the black&green website from Tuesday, September 1st. It will be possible to send the request no later than Wednesday, September 30th 2020: failure to send the request within this deadline will automatically result in the waiver of the refund.
The voucher will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the request and will be sent in pdf format to the e-mail provided during registration.
The registered user can request a refund even for season tickets not in their own name (up to 5 requests per user): in this case all further vouchers will be in the name of the registered user who made the request, regardless of the name of the season ticket holders for which he/she made the request.
The amount of the voucher will correspond to the value of 7 of the 21 games included in the season ticket; any purchase or service fee will be excluded from the refund. The voucher will be usable within two years from the issue date issue. The voucher can be used for several purchases until the amount is completely spent. It can only be used to purchase tickets and/or season tickets issued by the same online system or at ticket offices for events organized by U.S. Sassuolo at Mapei Stadium.
If the amount of the voucher is not fully spent by the due date, it will not be possible to recover the remaining credit.
This procedure will not be valid for corporate season tickets: their management will be followed directly by the Commercial Area of the Club.
