At the Federal Technical Center in Coverciano, on the evening of Friday 13 June, Sassuolo took part in the Grassroots Awards ceremony for the 2024/2025 season.

As part of the Grassroots Awards, promoted by the FIGC – Youth and School Sector aimed at clubs, managers, coaches and associations that have particularly distinguished themselves in the development and promotion of grassroots football, Sassuolo Calcio was awarded in the category “Best Professional Club engaged in grassroots activity” in the 2025 edition, thanks to the work done through the Generazione S Project. The award, given by the FIGC Regional Coordinator – SGS Emilia Romagna Massimiliano Rizzello, was received by the Head of Sassuolo’s Youth Sector Angelo Carbone, who reiterated the importance for Clubs to invest in youth activity both technically and educationally.
