U.S. Sassuolo Calcio announces the signing of footballer Pedro Felipe from Juventus on loan with an option to buy and counter-option to buy for Juventus.

Born in Itajuípe, a town in the federal state of Bahia (Brazil), Pedro Felipe began playing football in the youth sector of Esporte Clube Vitória, a club based in Salvador. He moved on loan to Palmeiras’ U20 team while still a minor and won several youth trophies with Verdão, including the Copa do Brasil Sub-20 in 2022 and the Campeonato Paulista U20 in 2023. In these 18 games, he scored one goal and provided two assists, catching the attention of Juventus. In January 2024, he’s loaned to Juventus Next Gen, the Bianconeri’s U23 team playing in Serie C.

With Juventus Next Gen, he made 8 appearances between the league and Serie C playoffs in his first six months, while in the 24/25 season, he played 10 times despite a serious injury, convincing the club to sign him permanently. in the current season, he has made 16 appearances for the U23s and scored 2 goals, as well as earning 14 call-ups to the White&Black first team in Serie A and Coppa Italia.
