The first Baby Kit from the “Sassuolo, growing together” project was delivered this morning. The initiative is the result of a partnership between Sassuolo Calcio and the Municipality of Sassuolo to welcome new babies born in the city.

The first recipient of the welcome kit was Sofia, born on Thursday, January 1, at 2:47 a.m. at Sassuolo’s Hospital.

The Mayor of Sassuolo, Matteo Mesini, the Councilor for Education and Family, Maria Savigni, Sassuolo Calcio Head of Operationss, men’s first team player Edoardo Pieragnolo, and women’s first team player Emma Girotto were present – alongside the baby’s parents – demonstrating the shared value of the initiative and the bond between institutions, sport, and the local area.
