As part of the Generazione S Schools Project, new training sessions were held on Tuesday, December 9, and Thursday, December 11, involving local students and Sassuolo Calcio.

Around 220 students from the Fiori and Palmieri schools had the opportunity to talk to Davide Tonelli, nutritionist at Sassuolo Calcio, and Andrea Menozzi, sports psychologist, on the topic of “Training the brain – cognitive and nutritional elements.” The mornings began with a talk by psychologist Andrea Menozzi, who spoke to the students about the importance of training the brain during the growth phase, providing ideas, advice, and useful information on how to best approach studying and daily activities.

After that, nutritionist Davide Tonelli delved into the topic of nutrition, illustrating the importance of daily meals and focusing in particular on breakfast, answering numerous questions from the students. The Generazione S Schools Project will continue in the coming days, involving other schools in the municipalities of Sassuolo, Fiorano Modenese, and Formigine, confirming the black&green commitment of the club to promoting healthy and conscious lifestyles through sport.
