Us Sassuolo Calcio joins Como 1907’s initiative and devolves to the Como Fire Brigade and the Civil Protection Service the full receipt from Como-Sassuolo, Coppa Italia Frecciarossa round of 32, that took place on September 24th.

The days surrounding the match have been extremely hard for Como and its citizens, reason why the club wanted to express all its sympathy and solidarity by contributing with its share of the game’s proceeds to the support of the institutions and the people that everyday take care of their city.

In particular, a specialized unit created for rescue operations during floods and heavy water events will be donated to the Como Fire Brigade; the donation to the Civil Protection Service will consist of a dedicated trailer for managing hydrogeological and flood related risks and other equipment required for rapid intervention.
