How and to whom you can transfer your single ticket or season ticket

To change the name on tickets or season tickets, you must follow the online procedure at ticket.sassuolocalcio.it in accordance with the restrictions on discounts:

  • a full-price ticket may be transferred to anyone;
  • a reduced-price ticket may only be transferred to someone who is also entitled to the same reduction.

PLEASE NOTE: it is not possible to request a name change for tickets purchased in the North Stand (Away section) or for tickets or season tickets purchased in the South Stand at the Family or reduced military/disabled rate. These tickets are NON transferable.

In the case of season tickets, the ticket may only be transferred to SassuoloCard holders.

In the case of name changes for reduced-price tickets, the request must be sent by email to biglietteria@sassuolocalcio.it no later than 24 hours before kick-off, attaching the ticket and a copy of the ID of the person to whom the ticket is being transferred.
