Another international break has come to an end, featuring several neroverdi players from both the Women’s First Team and the academy, who were involved with their respective National Teams. It was a particularly significant break, marked by qualifiers for FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 and important personal milestones.
Among the most significant targets reached by the neroverdi, Caterina Venturelli received her first call-ups to the Italy Under-23s – the youngest player in the squad – and Paulina Stanić was called up by the Serbian senior national team; two honours that confirm the progress made by these young neroverdi players.
