Types of accreditation

Request procedure

Requests for Press and Media accreditation shall be sent to the Press Office only via e-mail at ufficiostampa@sassuolocalcio.it within 72 hours of the scheduled match kick-off (unless otherwise stated) and the match in question must be entered in the subject line.

Detailed information for each match concerning accreditation request procedures will be made available on the official website in the week leading up to the home game. 

Photographer accreditation

As for photographers, those in possession of a valid authorization for the 2025/2026 sports season for Serie A League Competitions can register via the specific portal on the Lega Serie A website. For info: fotografi@legaseriea.it

Sassuolo Calcio will consider the various requests based on compliance with the accreditation procedures and the availability of seats in the Press Stand.

Required documentation

All requests have to be made in headed paper and signed by the director of the newspaper in object and will have to report the personal data (name, last name, date and place of birth) and the Professional Order number of the journalist or technician requesting the accreditation. For CONI Press Cards, attach a copy of your valid card to the email request.

Confirmation

U.S Sassuolo Calcio will send a CONFIRMATION for the ACCREDITATION at the email address provided by the applicant. If accreditation is not accepted due to lack of available seats, the club U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will communicate the “Request Denied”.

Limitations

ATTENTION: it is strictly forbidden to make videos and/or photos with cameras, smartphones and tablets from the press stand. The use of electronic devices for recording and/or transmitting and/or producing and/or distributing, in any way whatsoever, any audio, video, audiovisual material or any information or data concerning the course, conduct or any other aspect of any game for betting activities or for commercial activities not previously authorized is also strictly prohibited within the system, with the exception of editorial uses that do not integrate any commercial purposes, unless permitted by the Lega Serie A and the Club; the use of mobile phones is permitted only and exclusively for strictly personal and private use. In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, access to the facility may be denied or, in any case, may result in the expulsion from such facility. Free reservation

U.S. Sassuolo Calcio have set up a free booking service to facilitate access to the stadium for disabled. The service, for fans with a 100% disability certificate and who require continuous assistance, provides the possibility of free access to the stadium with a chaperone, necessarily over 18.

Request procedure

How to present an accreditation request

  1. SERVICE REGISTRATION
    To register the applicant must send U.S Sassuolo Calcio a copy of their disability certificate and identification document via e-mail at the following address accreditiDVA@sassuolocalcio.it
  2. DOWNLOAD THE FORM
    FILL IN the accreditation request form in a clear and legible manner.
  3. SEND THE REQUEST
    via e-mail at accreditiDVA@sassuolocalcio.it within 72 hours of the scheduled match kick-off. All requests that arrive after this deadline will not be taken into consideration. Accreditation opening: 7 days prior match day. Please note that requests are strictly individual; emails containing more than one reservation will not be accepted.
  4. PLEASE WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION
    U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will send the CONFERMATION OF ACCREDITATION to the e-mail address indicated by the applicant (we strongly suggest you print a copy of the confirmation and bring it with you to the stadium). If accreditation is not accepted, U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will communicate the “Denied request”. In the case of no response the request is to be considered at all rates declined.

Important

ATTENTION: ACCREDITATIONS ARE NOMINATIVE, therefore any variations of the chaperone indicated must be communicated within, and no later than, two days prior to match day.

Please note that disabled fans who are unable to walk will be given priority when collecting their accreditation, as for safety reasons they will ONLY be allowed to enter the dedicated area (upon collection of their specific named accreditation).. Please note that seats are limited and only those who have received confirmation of their accreditation will be able to collect their ticket using the following procedure.

How to access the stadium

  • On match day, GO TO THE ENTRANCE GATE OF THE INDICATED SECTOR to collect your ticket.
  • Tickets will only be issued upon presentation of a valid ID from both ticket holders.
  • After having retrieved their accreditation, those with a 100% disability and their chaperones will be able to access the area of the stadium reserved for them.

Complimentary tickets

According to the current procedures adopted by U.S. Sassuolo Calcio regarding stadium access, these cards alone do not represent a sufficient title to enter Mapei Stadium and attend the match. Therefore, CONI, FIGC and AIA cards will not be valid for entry unless accompanied by an invitation ticket.

U.S. Sassuolo Calcio provide a limited number of free tickets for FIGC – CONI – AIA members. Only 1 accreditation will be granted for each eligible card and a maximum of 3 accreditations per section.

CONI press cards

For holders of CONI presscards, please submit your accreditation request to the Sassuolo Calcio Press Office in accordance with the procedures outlined on this page, in the PRESS ACCREDITATION section.

Request procedure

The request for accreditation must be sent by email ONLY to biglietteria@sassuolocalcio.it, starting 72 hours before the scheduled match kick-off. Early requests will not be accepted.

Requests must be accompanied by a valid annual membership card and ID; seats will be assigned in order of request and subject to availability.

Important

Members are asked not to request accreditation without having the certainty of being able to actually use them.

If accreditation is not accepted, U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will communicate the “Denied request”.

Application deadlines

All requests shall be sent to the sport secretary via e-mail at segreteria@sassuolocalcio.it within 72 hours of the scheduled kick-off. Sassuolo Calcio has the right to decline all requests sent after the expressed deadline.

Request procedure

All requests shall include the following personal data (name, surname, date and place of birth) of the applicant. Accreditations for Sports Clubs must be sent on the Club’s official headed paper while accreditation for Sports Agents will be issued only to those who are listed in CONI/FIGC registers. Incomplete information will lead to the immediate refusal of the accreditation request.

U.S Sassuolo Calcio will send the TICKET at the email address provided by the applicant. If accreditation is not accepted, U.S. Sassuolo Calcio will communicate the “Denied request”.

Terms of access

We also remind you that the entrance to the stadium will be allowed only if in possession of valid ID.

Specific dispositions may be adopted for certain matches due to the elevated number of requests presented. These dispositions will be duly communicated.
